Two useful links for self-study

I have added a link to a site called Audio English in the blog roll below the calendar on the right. Have a look as there seems to be quite a lot of listening texts mainly focusing on real life situations, such as booking a room in a hotel, or asking for tickets at railway stations, for example. They also have a good online dictionary. It might be American English though! But hey! English is an international language, right?! πŸ™‚

I have also added a link to a site called Using English, which again seems to have a whole range of resources for students wanting to study in their own time. I was particularly impressed with the range of English phrasal verbs you can find.

Have a look at both and if you find anything you like, let us all know! πŸ™‚
